BAAN by Thyme Studio started as a labour of love, when Kwan created her first scent, made with the purest essential oils in Thailand, for her wedding as a heartfelt parting gift for her guests. She brought those same pure essential oils back to Toronto and infused that scent into Thyme Studio. This scent would go on to become Thyme Studio’s signature scent, and candle, Mali.

In Thai, BAAN means home—a place of comfort, connection, and belonging. With this launch, we want your home to feel like a sanctuary using our premium candles and essential oil diffusers as the invisible detail to elevate your space, enhancing the ambiance created by the floral arrangements you’ve already taken home from Thyme Studio.
